Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the sale and supply of goods by the company "Anglerdirekt.com”, with headquarters in 18 Luegerstrasse, 5340, St Gilgen Differing and / or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of “Anglerdirekt.com”.
With the confirmation of the recognition of the AGB `s stated herein, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
Offers are non-binding, subject to typographical errors.
Cancellation
Purchasers are a consumer within the meaning of § 5e KschG. Purchasers may cancel their order within a period of 14 days after receipt of goods.

Returns will be accepted by us freight only. If goods are damaged, worn or soiled the legally allowable amount will be deducted. These deductions can be avoided by using the product to undergo a test, as would have been possible in a shop.
Goods without signs of wear and in original packaging will be refunded.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you (no additional postage is charged on back orders).
Tax Charges
VAT is charged at the current Austrian rate of 20%
Credit Card Security
We only use PayPal as our authorised shopping partner. Your credit card details are not known or held in any format by Anglerdirekt.com.
Where a refund is agreed ANGLERDIREKT.COM will facilitate this through PayPal within 24 hours.
Your Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Should goods be damaged on receipt you must inform ANGLERDIREKT.COM immediately via our contact form. A member of our Customer Service Team will normally contact you within 2 hours and confirm details of return and replacement order.
Any warranty is subject to statutory provisions, where we repair the defect of the product OR REPLACE if a repair is not possible.
If the repairs, or if the product remains faulty, return the goods against a refund of the full purchase price or retain the goods and the purchase price in consultation with "Anglerdirekt.com”.
