Postage, Packaging and Delivery Information
Delivery
1. We do everything in our power to source cost effective, secure and reliable partners to deliver your purchases in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of your purchase arriving damaged, you must contact us immediately (see Terms & Conditions).
2. We aim to dispatch all items in a speedy manner. Should you feel that your item has been delayed please contact us at info@anglerdirekt.com
Cost
1. The cost of postage & packaging is added to your purchase at the point of order and all prices shown on this site are exclusive of delivery, except where indicated.
2. Due to the current high rate of transportation, we are unfortunately forced to increase the our delivery charges (07/04/10). Delivery charges are indivdually marked on each item.
3. Our charges are based upon a flat rate across most EU member states, however where additional shipping is required the Customer will be notified of any additional postage and be given the opportunity to confirm or cancel their order.
4. Customers from outside of the EU will, where possible, be charged the same delivery charge. Where this is not possible the Customer will be notified of any additional postage and be given the opportunity to confirm or cancel their order.
