The Cedros Rods from Okuma

 

If you're an angler looking for the perfect vertical jigging rod, then the new Cedros Speed Jigging rods from Okuma are for you!

 

Designed with a unique flex to power distribution, these rods allow the rod tip to work the jig properly whilst developing the proper transition between the shock of a fish strike and rod power for bringing the fish to the boat.

 

Extensive innovation and development went in to the design of these rods, producing comfort with spiral shaped EVA fore grips and an open area rear grip, allowing the rod to be worked without hanging up on clothing.

 

All Cedros Rods feature:

  • E-Glass rod blank construction for increased power and shock reduction when using braided line
  • 'ALPS' Hardened Zirconium PVD coated guide inserts that reduce friction from braided line
  • 'ALPS' Hi-Rise 316 stainless steel guide frames eliminating the line touching the blank and fore grip when fully loaded on a fish, increasing durability
  • 'ALPS' Pyramid machined aluminium reel seat for the ultimate in comfort, durability & control
  • Exposed blank rear grip increasing rod control and improving jigging technique
  • 'Jig Clincher' eliminates the jig swinging when attached to the hook keeper
